This short clip really motivated me. If if wasn’t for the fact that it’s 11:15 pm, I’d go for a run right now. Some of the highest caliber runners are on here–Joe Henderson, Roger Robinson, Frank Shorter, Olympic bronze medalist Deena Kastor, Boston Marathon Champion Amby Burfoot, New York Marathon winner Bill Rodgers, and others.
