The time for the Runner’s World Saturday morning training runs have been changed from 6:45am to 6:15am and that’s a good thing.
It feels good to be getting back into the groove of things. I feel enthusiastic about training again after a several months hiatus. I feel good! I feel strong! And I’m ready to get to work on both distance and speed.
We ran 3.4 miles from Veteran’s Park, along the Arkansas River and back to Veteran’s Park by way of the Midland Valley Trail.
